Baildon Farmers' Market in the Snow
Just been to the monthly Baildon Farmers' Market in the snow. Very busy with lots of lovely fruit, veg, meat and bread stalls. I joined Baildon Horticultural Society and bought a pot of local spring honey, a rabbit to make stew with and a pot of tulips. Thankfully the snow is very light and not settling but it is very cold.
Now back home and looking forward to scrambled eggs, smoked salmon, prawns and purple sprouting broccoli for lunch. Don't think I'll be out in the garden this afternoon other than to fill up the bird feeders. Might put my feet up and watch a DVD with my knitting.
