Happy Birthday, Alice!!!!! 80 years young!

Today is Alice's birthday.  She is 80 years old.   I take Alice to the Dr"s,  the Grocery Store, Walmarts, out to dinner, and visit with her in her villa.   She is a wonderful person, who wants to ask Santa for a blow-up doll of her deceased husband of many years.   We had a rip roaring laugh at the table. 
    There were 5 of us there who live next door to each other.   A wonderful time was had by all, eating cake and ice cream.
    As we were leaving she had us all write a blessing, something we were grateful for, and read it out loud, then put it in a jar.  It seems to be a Chinese tradition.  It was fun to do, interesting to hear what everyone was grateful for,  and helping some think of something to be grateful for.
      Alice is certainly a blessing in my life.
