Town Hall, Hull, Yorkshire

Day 1 of our adventure.
The last time we went to Hull, I spotted this impressive, enormous building as we drove by. Luckily, this time I had a chance to walk past it and take a good look. It said Town Hall at one end, but I think it had a reference to courts too.

Normally I feel a little anxious when I travel (the family would probably say VERY anxious), but not today. I'm pretty relaxed and really looking forward to our short trip.
We set off with enough time to give us the afternoon to mooch around Hull. We did a bit of shopping, stopped in a Weatherspoons for an early tea, then headed to the ferry terminal, parked up and became foot passengers for out whistle stop trip to Amsterdam.
H and I saw Madagascar 3 in the on board cinema, then, knowing we had an early start the next day, we had a drink at the coffee shop and went back to our cabin.
