Strawberry dogwood..

.this is the botttom of our section with the little bridge to nowhere which goes over a little stream which for most of the year ois no more than just a trickle. The strawberry tree has been in flower for the past couple of weeks and they are just starting to turn pink. The fruit at the centre of the flower ripens around March/April  The tui love the fruit, particularly when it is really ripe and soft/
