Christmas window

A new little gift shop and boutique opened this summer and their window always looks attractive. It is even more special for the Christmas season, but today, sadly they were closed as we are in tier four. I do hope they can make a success if this venture. Such a difficult time to start a business.
The essential shops were doing a brisk trade, not the usual Monday morning quiet. There were long queues outside all the food shops, (extra), presumably as people panicked about possible food shortages. We are not panicking, just presuming that everything will be fine, just as it was last time. The freezer is well stocked and we have our “Christmas Dinner” in the freezer.
