Keeping traditions

Tradition says that during these days you should be offered Christmas sweets anywhere you go in bars, shops, businesses, clinics.
However, I was amazed to see this tray of sweets at the podiatrist this morning because everything is so clean, aseptic and modern that I wouldn't expect Maria, my podiatrist, to keep up the tradition, more this year in which we have to be careful about the things we share with other people.
