Healthy Eating Week 7

My penchant for heavy red wines and rich, dribblingly ripe soft French cheeses did my waistline no good, so in January I embarked on a healthy eating project. I didn't think I'd stick with it, but I have and it has been very easy to do so. I love the energy and positive feeling it gives me and I'm eating such lovely fresh, unprocessed food (no illegal horsemeat for me!). I've lost almost a stone in weight too. There's still time at weekends for wine and cheese, but Monday to Friday are healthy days from now on....
