Light at the end!!!

Took a nostalgic trip to Palace Riggs today, this was a regular destination when D and L were children, it did have a large selection of animals in enclosures, pigs, hens, owls, polecat, wildcat and a pair of wolves, all gone now. That  apart it was much as we remembered with good forest walks and some great views out over the countryside. The extra is a close up of one of the ducks occupying the pond, it was quite happy to sit on the barrier and have its photo taken
