Two Bridges
It was colder than I expected on my bike this morning, but once I got going I warmed up a little.
There were cars parked just out of this shot which still had ice on their windscreens.
This is the bridge which carries the A61 over the River Nidd between Killinghall and Ripley viewed from the original stone bridge which it bypasses. This single span concrete bridge dates from the 1970's. Although it is concrete, it doesn't look too bad as the concrete surfaces have been faced with bricks or stones.
Back now I'm warming up again and may not venture out again today.......
