Let there be light

I’m enjoying these locally made beeswax candles which I bought for the Christmas holidays.

I lit them yesterday, for the first time, to celebrate the Winter Solstice and then lit them again today as the light faded. The smell is rather nice and I think they’ll have some longevity (glad I followed my instincts and removed a different version of beeswax candles Out of my virtual Amazon trolley)

A day of calculations and marking assessments. Hoping to do some dictation and then with a bit of luck I can relax into proof reading tomorrow. The proof reading always takes me longer than I estimate.
