Blasted architecture

Assemble walls, leave an hour to set, attempt to add roof, realise walls would have been better assembled a different way, try to continue anyway, curse icing which is now even stiffer and no longer wishes to pipe, curse again as walls collapse. Assemble walls, again, the correct way, leave overnight... then?

I always forget how annoying these are. I should make a note for which way to assemble the walls next time. And make the icing thinner. (I already had to cut it out of the first piping bag and add more water since it wouldnt come out at all at first!)
