Cooking Day

I had my yearly retinal eye scan today so was confined to the house for most of the day until the haziness and eye discomfort had eased.
Took the opportunity to prepare and make a couple of curries and Shepherds pies. This photo is of the pie base, I might add a few peas to give it a bit more colour.
