All Seasons

Decided on a slightly different Saturday and so set off for Largs despite the wintry flurries. Stopped at Greenock for a coffee at "The Rig" and still flurries of snow with heavy grey sky. At Largs the flurries seemed more intense the sky more threatening.

Two places you must visit in Largs are The Pencil commemorating the Battle of Largs in 1265 and Nardinis- managed to do both.

In the time it took to walk from the harbour to the Pencil the weather changed, in fact the seasons changed. It went from winter to sunny spring in about ten minutes!! And stayed like that all the way home.

Not quite four seasons in one day but not bad going nevertheless.
