"Pulled"?

I fancy the doughnuts, vegan or not, but what's "pulled jack fruit"?

This was Lyme Regis.  I had just been into Sea Salt to see if they had anything for chaps as Mrs B has a very decent coat from them.  But no.  I accused the assistant of male discrimination, which she accepted with good grace :-)
