Perspective

We took what will likely be our last trip for this year to the allotment to collect some vegetables for our Christmas table. We came away with sprouts, (of course), leeks, beetroot, black kale, and parsley. A fair haul! It was good to get some fresh air on a cold winter morning. Slippy underfoot with iced over puddles. I was taken by the contrast between the moss on the wall and the colour of the beech hedge opposite.
