I have been in Hamilton since last night, Attended a fundraiser for the shelter I volunteer at, and this morning I did a feel good workshop with some of the women trying to get back on their feet. God, I sound like a goodie too shoes, well if you must know sometimes I am not so it all balances out.

After , I decided to take advantage of the tons of people on the street.
