Pink sky

Gorgeous sky this evening and even managed to see Jupiter and Saturn as it was so clear. Really icy outside now as I discovered when I stepped out onto our deck and attempted my interpretation of Bambi on Ice. I think Cooper was laughing.

You'll be relieved to hear that the brussel sprouts have been put on to cook & I'm hoping that they'll be ready just in time for the Christmas Day lunch. Cranberry sauce made and the turkey has arrived so all that remains is to peel the tatties, make the stuffing, wrap the chipolatas and finish decorating the cake. This must be the most organised and simplest Christmas lunch in a long time.
