Aeonium Black Rose (Irish Rose)

There is one of these just down the road a bit and The Boss spotted it this morning and loved it's shape. Wellington has some amazing public garden bits and this was in a really exotic one in Oriental bay. There is a huge evacuation of holiday folk escaping from the city and currently one of our Northern outlets is  taking 2 hours for a normal 20 minute bit. Christmas holidays are a big deal here and probably more so given the circumstances and no overseas travel. Many of the hotels that we have stayed at overseas have sent Christmas cards this year . Arrrrrraggghhh!!!!
