I put this Woody bauble into the present box to cheer up B/C’s Xmas tree but I think it passed through one DPD depot too many.  I put the picture of its sorry corpse up on the family WhatsApp group where Rory reminded me he’d given it to me last year.  Went to Haslemere to buy paint samples to match the cupboard colours so we can order a painted dresser  for the kitchen, as more storage is sorely needed. I haven’t been to Haslemere for about 20 years since we took the boys to the Steam museum at Hollycombe or when we used it as a bypass when the Devil’s punch bowl road was jammed.
