Baklava

There are many varieties of baklava, each of them as delicious as the last. People often bring trays of it into the office to share with colleagues for a special occasion.

Recently, one of the women who had received help from PCHR's Women's Unit in obtaining a divorce brought us a tray as thanks. Some of the young women were a bit superstitious about eating them, but nothing could stop me!
