After too many days locked up in the house with a chest infection I finally emerged with family in tow for a visit to the in-laws in St Andrews.

Mad blog wife was doing child friendly venues write up so lunch was a necessity. Child friendly means distraction and distraction means adult conversation. Plus some great photo opportunities for me to kick start the blip campaign.
