White Christmas!

We parked at Littletown ( a hamlet of one farm and two houses ), and walked steeply up on to the ridge between Catbells and Maiden Moor.

Such a bright, clear day!

So lovely to see the fresh snow as we ate our sandwiches, fresh figs stuffed with cheese, washed down with flask of tea!

The walk was just under 3 hours...
