great to see jake and julie today and get a bit of exercise on the badminton court...it's been a while and I think I need to get back into it. good fun! we took a sleety walk up to the shieldon standing stones after, shame the sun didn't stay out for just a bit longer ~ it was baltic!

beth is having amy to stay so we made ace homemade pizzas then a film in the shed is on the cards.
