Wild Wednesday ...

... Snow Geese.

I was up early to head off to the dentist to have a crown replaced.  The procedure went well but my mouth is now very sore.  They only put a temporary crown on and sent the job to the lab for the permanent one to be made.  I have to go back in January to have this completed.

With the temp crown in place I have to be care with what I eat (no hard or crunchy things) so for supper tonight we opted for Chick-fil-A for their mac-n-cheese.  Yum!

On the way over there we saw thousands of snow geese in the skies.  So on the way home we took a few detours to see which fields they were going to be roosting in for the night.  At this last location the sun was just setting ... it was beautiful (see extra).  We are so lucky that each year the snow geese migrate though our area ... there are thousands upon thousands of them.  We look forward to seeing these gorgeous geese every year.  For a Christmas 2014 shot ... click here.  Be sure to click on the video link on that journal entry ... it's amazing!  And be sure to have your volume turned on!

Before we went out for our take away supper I spent the afternoon wrapping gifts.  I'm awaiting one other gift to arrive from Amazon but I think that will do it.  But my mom is still waiting for her package to arrive from us.  Sigh ...

I'm only going to post today's PA Covid-19 stats and then take small Christmas break.
