Something else from the spare room.
There are a lot of these film reels, they used to belong to my aunt. Some are 'pre recorded' films of the Coronation etc. and some are home movies.

I can remember when I was very young, my brother, sister and I used to watch cartoons using the old cine projector - which is also in the spare room. Every now and again the film would stop and the frame would start to melt due to the heat from the lamp. Gosh, how old do I sound!

Unfortunately the cine projector is in need of an overhaul so I can't go through the films to see what's worth keeping - if anyone knows of somewhere that refurbishes them I'd be grateful :)
