A red nose

Having a quiet calm run in to Christmas Day.

Started to read a book by Victoria Hislop called The Island. Am loving it. Can almost feel I am transported over there to Spinalonga when I am reading it.
That part of the world has never been high on my list of places to see, I suppose really we are not avid travellers. But getting immersed in print about a totally different way of life is just so...engaging.
