I got a lovely surprise when I got these flowers today from my friends Jenny and Malcolm. They're such a pretty colour. I also used what could be one of my best purchases ever when I nipped up to the post office today when I used my Yak traks. It was snowing last night and it meant that I could just walk normally over the snow and ice. It was a big deal to me as I always panic when it's slidey and it was great just to be able to walk normally up the road.
