Christmas Eve shenanigans

What better than freezing outside doing speed training ... ohhh wait .. sitting inside watching films and keeping warm ......
my neighbour and my friend ( who incidentally is well known in athletics as she still competes for team GB in the masters ) likes to TORTURE me on hills and inclines ... my stumpy legs struggle to keep up .
Busy day today .. then films with the kids in the evening xx Merry Christmas all x
