An Unexpected Greeting

I didn’t take this photo and it may not be of the best quality but it made my day. I had just got home after meeting up with Sal to exchange prezzies and have a walk and a natter and it popped up on my phone.

It’s of Sal’s mum and her brother James. We always go down to South Yorkshire to share Christmas with them but for obvious reasons, this year we decided not to go.

I knew that if I didn’t post it online then it would be lost forever and I didn’t want that to happen and Blip seemed the best place to post it.

Little act of kindness and thoughtfulness like this means so much in our present situation, much more than the sender probably realises.
