Santa!

We must have been good, because Santa came!

This particular Santa has actually featured in my blips before, last December, but not on his own and not when hanging on the tree. So I reckoned it was OK to give him another airing. He was made by one of our lads when he was small (the son that is, not the Santa - although the Santa's not very big either!). He used to have red pipe-cleaner arms and cocktail stick ski poles but those have gone awol over the years - nevertheless he's still one of our favourite tree decorations.

It's certainly been an unusual Christmas for so many folk, but we've been lucky to spend a lot of time on Skype, Zoom or just the phone keeping in touch with different parts of the family, including a lovely 4-way Skype this evening with all 3 of our offspring, one of whom was able legally to join us for lunch earlier in the day.

We hope all other blippers have been as lucky as we have - and let's hope we're all back to a more normal existence by next Christmas!
