Fast asleep on my hand.

This is Coco fast asleep on my hand.
I don't know how to fly her to Edmonton and I hope that she will be ok in a small cage and is not cold on the plane.
I don't even know how she will react as she's always crying when we leave the house. She does not want to be alone.
We haven't decided when yet but I hope she will be ok.
Any advice?
