Just lovely!

We had a lovely legal 2-household Christmas day! Hubby, me, our daughter Francesca joined by our other daughter Megan and Dan.

Santa had been ! Dan & Meg arrived to open presents which took a while as we had all a fair few in each of our piles! We were all delighted with our gifts and felt very, very blessed.
Then we had our first vegetarian Christmas lunch, which was delicious! Antipasti followed by delicious ravioli in butter and sage. Hubby had baked a delicious mushroom & red wine pie which we had with all the trimmings. Then desserts, cheese & crackers, Irish coffee, chocolates etc. Interrupted regularly by charades, trivia questions, TV & films.

Early evening, we had a little walk with the dogs in their new flashing collars, which entertained us no end! :-)

When midnight approached, Dan & Meg left before their carriage turned into a pumpkin.
