Snow in my garden.

Oh I'm so cross today! It's bitterly cold and we were promised snow "flurries". Well this is the result of the flurries - not much there you'ld think - but we got a bit more than flurries. That was just the start and it's been snowing steadily for hours. It's not sticking on the road just yet and I hope it doesn't but I'm nervous of driving in snow so I cancelled my visit to my friend. And that's why I'm cross because I'm disappointed :-( I probably should have gone but I was afraid to risk it in case it got icy later on. She lives inland in Kildare and it's always a few degrees colder at her home than here in Dun-Laoghaire on the coast. Oh well - I'll see her soon I hope.
