Unboxing Day

I trust you've all had the most tremendously splendid Christmas and Midwinter celebration. We certainly have. I've just dropped Charlie around to her Rory's house, where she'll be spending time before flying back to Portugal at the end of the month. It's been fabulous having her home again, and we already miss her. 

Christmas day was lovely, with a full on lunch courtesy of the delightful Janet, and a Zoom meet-up with all the fam. Gosh, wouldn't you like shares in Zoom this year!

Having done the short but necessary drive, we are home alone again and we've emptied the left over Champagne and worked our way down the 2015 Gigondas, prior to another slap up lunch al-la-couple. I certainly don't intend to be in any fit state to blip later, and am rushing through the compulsory Duolingo prior to passing out in front of the telly.
