Boxing on the Beach

Not that you can see them, but we met up with our friends at the beach for a dog walk and ‘nibbles’.  For a moment, I managed to catch Mrs SoL at the water’s edge with Elvis - almost with no-one else in the picture (ignoring the  people off in the distance near the cliffs).  It was lovely.  Elvis got to play with his best friends (no, not us), Mille Spaniel, Archie (Yorkie/Shitzu mix) and Milou (Heinz 57/Terrier? Mix).  (Extra pic has some of them visible).  We all agreed that we should do this more often in winter because the dogs are banned on there for most of the year.  Having socially distanced coffee (enhanced in my case), we managed to maintain the correct meeting numbers before we eventually headed home.  Off to our friends later for a quieter meal.  We are walking there - we know that we are often ‘over-served’ on the drinks front.  Still, curfew means that we have to be home by 8pm.  Will we manage it? .........  Find out tomorrow.....
