We remembered a very special man on what would be his birthday with a toast this evening.

Bit of a cheat blip-it is a photo of one my favourite photos. There are few where my Mother has looked so genuinely carefree and radiant. <3

We had a slow start to the day, with a family breakfast before being dropped off home.
Presents were put away and the washing done before we greeted the step daughter and her girlfriend.

We had the evening to ourselves and caught up on Warrior with a drink or two.
