"quant-the-knick"

translated something like "count the kink" it's the name for a small software routine jonas started programming yesterday - if i got it right it automatically detects sudden rise and fall of ground temperature in 15 minute intervals from satellite pictures.

don't know why, but the sound of the name made me smile ever since. so here's a small photo illustrating that - the "quant" of this kink is 5.
