Who'll eat all the pies??

Usually at some point over the festive season I make a batch of pies, in Scotch pie cases, with various fillings. Not quite the same without a houseful of people, so I only(!) made 10 this year, a mix of: 
  - steak and gravy
  - chicken with thyme, white wine and skirlie (that's oatmeal stuffing, to the non-Scots among you)
  - goose with red cabbage and gravy
(Although I asked for 12 pie cases, I discovered I'd only got 10, and 2 were fractured - but I got the right number of lids so used the 2 spare ones for repairs! :D)
It may be tough getting through these with just the three of us, but we'll give it a go! ;)
