Cold weather is coming!

After yesterday's storms (which blew our recycling everywhere - a kind neighbour was clearing it up before I realised) it was a lovely sunny day but colder weather is on the way.

The elves decided to be helpful today and attach some crochet squares, although I suspect they just like its warmth and snuggliness!

I have never been able to master layers, and to be honest it hasn't really bothered me before, but if I want to do my LRPS I need to master some of these things (and I need to be able to use it for video editing too).  I watched a tutorial this morning and sat down this afternoon and worked it through.  This is the result which I think is an OK first attempt.
