Winter Sweet

I think I've got the name wrong, but does smell delicious to me. We had an early downpour that cleared to sunshine. As was suggested the river level is up again today.
Extra : light on cobbles and ornamental cherries

I really enjoyed yesterday Ralph Fiennes film " The Invisible Woman " about Charles Dickens relationship with Ellen Tiernan. You have to do a search on iPlayer to get to it. It's historically accurate . Dickens treated his wife appallingly.
