It's All Downhill From Here

Up early today, 6.40 alarm, light breakfast and on with the boots. The forecast for snow was spot on, about four inches overnight, and a lot of people were out early, enjoying the festive holiday. 
Mrs I and Hollie dog came with me today and it was fun. The picture shows a small crowd waiting their turn to sledge down a slope which is out of sight, but the squeals of delight from the excited children told us all we needed to know. 
Three hours of walking and chatting and chucking snowballs for the dog, and we were ready for coffee and central heating. Happy days
