Crosby - Another Place

A surprise this morning, we woke to a covering of snow or, as I discovered when I went to brush it off the car, ice. 

A little treat today. We arranged to meet with my nephew and his wife, outdoors of course. We met at the car park in Crosby and went for a walk along the beach. We returned to the cars and enjoyed a hot chocolate and a piece of cake they had brought with them. We were lucky we had the best part of the day and some glorious sunshine.
