Reccy walk took in a neighbouring village - Hallas Bridge - the still mill pond at Bents Mill - was much calmer than the overflow - extra

With a bit of tweaking - may be a good one for the BPW’s - who given the pandemic - are now used to being bus less walkers who forgo refreshments - discovered two tearooms on route - offering takeaway bacon sandwiches - our favourite - as well as coffee - and socially distanced nearby benches to sit on
