Like most of Scotland we are now under Level 4 restrictions. I won't miss the shopping, and I was already used to staying within Perth and Kinross council area. However the new advice that we "should also keep journeys within the area to an absolute minimum". I guess that means Mrs P and I will be restricted to walking from home for the next few weeks. Mrs P will miss her church too, closed because the 20 limit doesn't work for them.
