Waiting for the snow

This afternoon I had a walk on the Bridge of Allan golf course , where my old ski poles and ski gloves came in handy.
The thin covering of snow was just adequate for a few children with their sledges.
Sledging on the golf course is a local tradition and the golf club turns a blind eye to  enfringement of club rules.
