beautiful frosty solo walk today in my cosy new parka...feeling massively grateful for feeling good and my amazing family and friends. especially my big hairy angel...who wasn’t well himself today - he caught beth’s bug. the two of them watched parks and rec all day but perked up later and managed some food. we watched parasite which I’d seen but they hadn’t, we all enjoyed it. then charlie brookers screen wipe, then trainspotting. daisy was online with pals all day and peg was beautifying herself and watching films too.
