Back again ...to blip ...and the bike

A week away on N Stradbroke Island ( some photos put up yesterday with some sunshine to brighten your day ) 55 kms on the bike to Currumbin Rock pools , I can feel it now ! Visitors arrive today so another week to loose my fitness !
