Big Manly Beach

One of the bigger beaches on the Whangaparaoa peninsula. Plenty of room for the few swimmers and seagulls. The bay itself is called Polkinghornes Bay and is named after one of the families that settled here in the 1880s. Called in on the way back from the library after picking up a few CDs (remember them? - CDs I mean not libraries). Weather looks much like this for the next few days so NYE should be dry at least.
