Bromlow Callow

A fabulous walk in the snow. It started out with only about 20m visibility but by the end of the day it was more like 20 miles. What made it perfect was after tromping around in the snow all day we got back to the car and all the snow on the roads had melted meaning we could just drive home.

Bromlow Callow is one of my favourite places on Earth, an old drovers landmark of a circle of Scots pines, it was very atmospheric in the mist
