Welcome blue sky

A lovely walk this afternoon in the sunshine. I was tempted down onto the beach and over towards this old outfall pipe. It's quite tricky underfoot due to all the rubble which was dumped on the beach as sea defence and somewhere to put all the Liverpool rubble after the war. It's quite interesting to wonder which buildings it came from. The sea weed and various shells are managing to find a home among it all.
